7 Specified offences for section 54(1AA) of Act
For section 54(1AA) of the Act, the following offences are specified:
a parking offence;
a red light offence, portable device offence, seatbelt offence, registration offence, or speeding offence, detected by means of a photographic detection device;
an offence under section 27(1) of the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999.
