13 Authorised deposit-taking institution accounts
Despite TasTAFE being the legal successor in title to the Skills Institute, on or as soon as practicable after the commencement day, the Skills Institute Board is to close all authorised deposit-taking institution accounts that are maintained in the name of the Skills Institute and is to deal with the money from those accounts as specified by the Minister by notice provided to the Skills Institute Board.
