13 Surrender of gaming licences
A licensee may, with the approval of the responsible Minister in relation to the TT-Line Arrangements Act 1993, surrender a gaming licence at any time.
A gaming licence and any gaming management agreement entered into pursuant to the licence, cease to have effect when the licence is surrendered.
