13 Treasurer to refund
If the Board, after paying an amount to the Treasurer under this Part, satisfies the Treasurer that the amount so paid –
exceeds the amount that the Board would have paid to the person concerned if it had not made the payment to the Treasurer; or is not unclaimed superannuation benefits that are required to be paid to the Treasurer under this Part –
the Treasurer must refund to the Board the amount of the excess under paragraph (a) or the amount under paragraph (b).
