28 Administration
The costs incurred in administering this Act may, as determined by the Treasurer, be met from the balance of unclaimed money in the Public Account.
The Treasurer may charge a fee of an amount determined by the Treasurer in respect of any transaction entered into or service provided under this Act.
The fee referred to in subsection (2) must be reasonable having regard to the circumstances in which the service is provided or transacted.
