34 Constitution of court
The Land Valuation Court, as continued under the Land Valuation Act 1971, is further continued for the purposes of this Act, notwithstanding the repeal of that Act effected by section 66 of this Act.
The court is to be constituted by a magistrate.
The court continues to be a court of record and to have an official seal, which is to be judicially noticed.
