Valuation of Land Act 2001

The registrar must enter on the court list referred to in section 38 a record of all decisions made by the court and must perform such other duties as may be prescribed by rules of court.

The registrar must furnish the Valuer-General with a certified copy of the court list containing the record referred to in subsection (1) and the Valuer-General must amend the valuation roll in accordance with the decisions entered on the list.
