5 Procedure at meetings
Three members form a quorum at any duly convened meeting of the Committee.
A duly convened meeting of the Committee at which a quorum is present is competent to transact any business of the Committee.
Questions arising at a meeting of the Committee are to be determined by a majority of votes of the members present and voting.
In the event of an equality of votes at a meeting of the Committee, the chairperson or other member presiding has a casting vote as well as a deliberative vote.
