9 General procedure
Subject to these regulations, the procedure for meetings of the Committee and the conduct of its business are to be as determined by the Committee.
The Committee may permit members to participate in any meeting by telephone, by video conference or by any other means which permits immediate communication.
A member who participates in a meeting by virtue of permission granted under subregulation (2) is taken to be present at the meeting.
The Committee may allow a person to attend a meeting for the purpose of advising or informing it on any matter.
