4 Determination of suitability of person to hold driver licence, ancillary certificate or exemption

For the purposes of these regulations, the Registrar may take into account the following evidence when determining whether a person is a suitable person to hold a driver licence, an ancillary certificate or an exemption:

evidence of the person's physical and mental condition;

evidence of the person's character;

evidence of any offence committed by the person that may indicate that the person is not a fit and proper person to hold the driver licence, ancillary certificate or exemption;

any other evidence that suggests the person may not be a fit and proper person to hold the driver licence, ancillary certificate or exemption.
