95 Surrender of personalised number plate
A person may surrender a personalised number plate to the Registrar.
A personalised number plate – is cancelled on surrender; and has no surrender value.
If a personalised number plate is surrendered, the rights to the specific registration number on the personalised number plate are also surrendered.
