35 Gazette notices
The Commission may, by notice published in the Gazette – exempt from these regulations or specified provisions of them or the Vehicle Standards or specified provisions of them – a specified class of vehicles; or a specified class of combinations; or a specified class of persons; or vary or revoke an exemption granted under this regulation.
An exemption under this regulation may be – granted on conditions specified in the notice; and limited to routes specified in the notice.
A notice under this regulation is a statutory rule for the purposes of the Rules Publication Act 1953.
