37 Breach of condition of Gazette notice
If a person breaches a condition of a Gazette notice applicable to the person, the Commission, by notice in writing served on the person, may provide that –
the Gazette notice no longer applies to that person or the person’s vehicle or combination; or the application of the Gazette notice to that person or the person’s vehicle or combination is varied as specified in the written notice.
