39 Issue of permits
If the Commission grants an application for a permit, the Commission is to issue a permit in writing.
A permit may be subject to any conditions that the Commission considers appropriate.
On issuing a permit, the Commission must record the details of the permit in a register.
A permit may be communicated by facsimile or other electronic means.
