Complaints against registered persons

A complaint may be made to the Board by any person against a registered veterinary surgeon or registered veterinary specialist on any ground specified in section 46(1).

A complaint under subsection (1) shall – be in writing; contain particulars with respect to the matter complained of; and identify the person against whom the complaint is made and the person making the complaint.
