Complaints against persons formerly registered under this Act

A complaint may be made to the Board by any person that a person who was formerly a registered veterinary surgeon or registered veterinary specialist had, during the period of 3 years immediately before the making of the complaint, as a person so registered been guilty in this State of misconduct in a professional respect.

A complaint made under subsection (1) shall be made in the same manner as that provided for a complaint under section 42.
