Veterinary Surgeons Act 1987

All fees payable under this Act are payable to the Board.

All fees payable under this Act may be recovered as debts due to the Board.

The Board may waive, wholly or in part, any fee payable under this Act.

Despite any other Act, fees paid to the Board under this Act are not required to be paid into the Public Account.

The provisions of section 47(3), (3A), (4), (5), (6) and (7) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1931 apply to an approval by the Board of fees payable under this Act.
