30 Board's right of re-entry
The Board may re-enter and determine the tenancy of any holding –
subject to section fifteen of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1884, upon breach of any condition of the tenancy; and subject to the jurisdiction of courts of equity in such cases, if the rent is six months in arrear.
