35 Landfill facility requirements
An operator of a landfill facility must ensure that the landfill facility, and the operation of the landfill facility, comply with each requirement prescribed for such a facility. Fine not exceeding 200 penalty units.
An operator of a landfill facility must ensure that the landfill facility is operated in accordance with any Ministerial standards issued and in force under section 56. Fine not exceeding 200 penalty units.
An operator of a landfill facility is to ensure that the guidelines issued and in force under section 57 are complied with in relation to the landfill facility.
