38 Resource recovery facility requirements
A person responsible in relation to a resource recovery facility must ensure that the resource recovery facility, and the operation of the resource recovery facility, comply with each requirement prescribed for such a facility. Fine not exceeding 200 penalty units.
A person responsible in relation to a resource recovery facility must ensure that the resource recovery facility is operated in compliance with any Ministerial standards issued and in force under section 56. Fine not exceeding 200 penalty units.
A person responsible in relation to a resource recovery facility is to ensure that any guidelines issued and in force under section 57 are complied with in relation to the facility.
