Waste and Resource Recovery Regulations 2022

For the purposes of section 39 of the Act, the following information is prescribed:

a resource recovery movement record;

a copy of each resource recovery monthly return given, by a person responsible in relation to the resource recovery facility, to the Secretary under regulation 22;

any results in respect of the resource recovery facility of any volumetric survey carried out in accordance with section 36 of the Act;

copies of all correspondence between a person responsible in relation to the resource recovery facility and the Secretary.
