Infringement notices

In force

For the purposes of section 45 of the Act –

an offence against a provision specified in column 2 of the table in Schedule 1 is prescribed as an infringement offence; and the penalty specified in column 3 of the table in Schedule 1 is prescribed as the penalty payable in respect of an individual for the relevant offence specified in column 2 of that table; and the penalty specified in column 4 of the table in Schedule 1 is prescribed as the penalty payable in respect of a body corporate for the relevant offence specified in column 2 of that table.
