27 Funds
The funds of the Regulator consist of – all money received by the Regulator in the course of performing functions and exercising powers under this Act; and money appropriated by Parliament for the purpose of the Regulator; and all other money received by the Regulator from any other source.
The funds of the Regulator are to be applied – in the payment or discharge of the expenses, charges and obligations incurred or undertaken by the Regulator in the performance of functions and the exercise of powers; and in the payment of the remuneration and allowances of the Regulator; and in meeting the expenses incurred by the Regulator in respect of – the use of the services of persons referred to in section 25; and the assistance or facilities provided under section 26; and in any other manner authorised or required under this or any other Act.
