56ZK Obstruction
A person –
without reasonable excuse, must not obstruct a water and sewerage officer or his or her agent or a meter reader; or must not intimidate or threaten a water and sewerage officer or his or her agent or a meter reader –
in performing any function or exercising any power under this Division.
Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
