97 Authorised officer's or water and sewerage officer’s power to require information
An authorised officer or water and sewerage officer may require a person to provide information in the person’s possession relevant to the enforcement of this Act.
An authorised officer or water and sewerage officer may require a person to produce documents in the person’s possession that may be relevant to the enforcement of this Act for inspection by the officer.
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, contravene a requirement under this section. Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
A person is not required to give information under this section if the giving of that information would tend to incriminate the person of an offence.
