24 Customer service code to specify interest and fees payable on overdue accounts
A customer service code may specify –
the circumstances in which a fee, or interest, or both, may be imposed or charged by a regulated entity for a failure to pay a debt due and payable to the regulated entity; and the amount of that fee or interest.
