100 Withdrawal of application
In addition to the rights to withdraw an application under this Division, an applicant for a transfer may, on giving 7 days' notice in writing to the Minister, withdraw the application at any time before it is approved.
On receipt of the notice, the Minister must repay any fee received from the applicant under section 12A, less any expenses incurred by the Minister in dealing with the application until receipt of the notice.
