99 Notification of decision
Within 7 days after approving an application under section 97(2) or refusing an application under section 98, the Minister must give written notice of the decision and of any rights of review or appeal under Part 14 to the applicant.
Where an application is approved subject to conditions under section 101, the notice is to state those conditions.
