123 Breach of licence
A special licensee must not –
take water in excess of the water allocation endorsed on the special licence; or fail to comply with any condition of that licence.
Fine not exceeding 2 500 penalty units and, in the case of a continuing offence, a further fine not exceeding 50 penalty units for each day during which the offence continues.
