123B Application for watercourse authority
An application for a watercourse authority is to be made to the Minister.
The application must be in accordance with section 12A.
The Minister, by notice, may require the applicant to take or arrange for the taking of a specified action at the applicant's expense if the Minister reasonably considers that the action is critical to a proper consideration of the application.
