Water Management Act 1999

After considering the written representations on a draft water management plan, the Secretary is to forward to the Commission –

a copy of those representations; and a report containing – a summary of the representations; and the Secretary's opinion on the merits of the representations, including a statement as to whether he or she believes that the representations are of sufficient merit to warrant modification of the draft water management plan; and a summary of any proposed modification to the draft water management plan; and any additional information that the Secretary considers relevant.
