Water Management Act 1999

The Commission, within a period determined by the Minister, is to provide the Minister with – a report of its review under section 27; and copies of the representations and the report of the Secretary forwarded under section 26.

As soon as practicable after the period referred to in subsection (1), the Commission is to publish in the Gazette notice of – the making of its report; and the place where copies of its report are available for inspection by the public.
