42 Notice not required in certain circumstances
Where –
a water management plan includes arrangements for a water entity to be responsible for the administration of the whole or a part of the plan; and the arrangements proposed in an application under section 37(1) are consistent with the plan –
a notice under section 37(4) is not required.
