37 Revocation of statutory will made by Tribunal

The Tribunal may revoke a statutory will made by the Tribunal, or by the Guardianship and Administration Board formerly established under the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995, on application by a person in accordance with this Division as if references to the procedure for making a statutory will were read as references to the procedure for revocation of a statutory will.

A person who acquires or regains capacity to make a will after a statutory will has been made on his or her behalf may revoke the statutory will in the same manner as a will may be revoked under Division 3 of Part 2.
