38 Statutory will made by Tribunal to be forwarded to executor
On the execution of a statutory will, the Tribunal must forward –
the will to the executor named in the will or, if the executor is not the Public Trustee or a Trustee Company within the meaning of the Trustee Companies Act 1953, to a law practice nominated by the executor; and a copy of the will to the proposed testator.
