41 Requirements for authorisation of workplaces
A person must not conduct a business or undertaking at a workplace or direct or allow a worker to carry out work at a workplace if –
the regulations require the workplace or workplaces in that class of workplace to be authorised; and the workplace is not authorised in accordance with the regulations.
In the case of – an individual, a fine not exceeding $50 000; or a body corporate, a fine not exceeding $250 000.
