Fees payable under section 49B(3) of the Act

In force

For the purposes of section 49B(3) of the Act, the following fees are prescribed for an application for certification of a preliminary Aboriginal heritage test—

(a)

for a test that relates to a small activity, 24 fee units;

(b)

for a test that relates to a medium-size activity, 47 fee units;

(c)

for a test that relates to a large activity, 71 fee units.
