Aboriginal Heritage Regulations 2018

For the purposes of section 146(3) of the Act, the following fees are prescribed for an application to the Secretary for access to the Register—

for an application for access under section 146(1)(c) of the Act, a fee of 18 fee units;

for an application for access under section 146(1)(g) of the Act by a heritage advisor appointed by a proposed developer, purchaser or user of land or by a person specified under section 146(1)(d) of the Act, a fee of 18 fee units.

For all other applications for access to the Register under section 146 of the Act the fee is nil.
