Applications for standard tow truck licences

(1)

If a notice has been published under section 17, a person may apply to the Secretary for a standard tow truck licence specified in the notice.

(2)

An application must—

S. 18(2)(a) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 140(Sch. 2 item 8).

(a)

be made in the manner and form determined by the Secretary as set out in the notice; and

(b)

be accompanied by—

S. 18(2)(b)(i) substituted by No. 49/2019 s. 127.

(i)

the prescribed fee (if any); and

S. 18(2)(b)(ii) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 140(Sch. 2 item 8).

(ii)

any information or thing, as set out in the notice, that is reasonably required by the Secretary in order to assess the application.
