6 Prescribed infringement offences
(1)
For the purposes of section 69(1) of the Act, an offence specified in Column 2 of Schedule 1 is prescribed as an infringement offence.
(2)
An offence against section 18(1), 20(1), 20(3), 21, 32(1) or 32(2) of the Act is not an infringement offence if it is allegedly committed by a corporation.
