7 Prescribed infringement penalties
For the purposes of section 69(1) of the Act, the prescribed infringement penalty for an infringement offence is the penalty set out in Column 3 of Schedule 1 in respect of the corresponding infringement offence set out in Column 2 of Schedule 1.
