11 Revocation of Orders
(1)
The Minister may, by notice published in the Government Gazette, revoke an Order—
(a)
at the request of the Committee; or
(b)
if the Minister believes that to do so is in the best interests of the persons to whom the Order applies.
(2)
Before publishing a revocation notice, the Minister must—
(a)
by notice in the Government Gazette, give notice of, and invite submissions on, the proposed revocation; and
(b)
take into consideration any such submissions.
