17 A Committee's proceedings
An Order may provide—
(a)
for how often the Committee must meet in a year and whether the Committee must hold an annual meeting; and
S. 17(b) amended by No. 76/2000 s. 12(a).
(b)
for the times at which the Committee must meet;
S. 17(c) repealed by No. 76/2000 s. 12(b).
