19A Declaration of participating jurisdictions and corresponding legislation
The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, by Order in Council published in the Government Gazette, may—
(a)
declare another State or internal Territory to be a participating jurisdiction for the purposes of this Act;
(b)
declare an Act or an Order, regulation or other instrument of a participating jurisdiction relating to agricultural industry development to be corresponding agricultural industry development legislation for the purposes of this Act.
