19D Disallowance of Orders providing for extra-territorial operation
(1)
An Order in Council made under section 19A or 19C comes into operation on publication in the Government Gazette or on such later date as is specified in the Order.
(2)
A copy of an Order in Council must be laid before each House of Parliament on or before the 6th sitting day of that House after publication of the Order in the Government Gazette.
(3)
Sections 23, 24 and 25 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 apply to an Order in Council made under section 19A or 19C as if the Order in Council were a statutory rule within the meaning of that Act.
