12 Application for approval

(1)
An application for approval of a partnership or company under this Act may be made to the Board.
(2)
An application must be—
(a)
in the prescribed form; and
(b)
accompanied by the prescribed fee.

(3)
An application for approval of a partnership must be made jointly by all the members of the partnership.
(4)
The Board may require an applicant to provide further information or material.
