25 Appearance of parties
(1)
An architect who is the subject of an inquiry may appear at the inquiry in person or by a representative.
(2)
If an architect who is the subject of an inquiry does not attend in person or by a representative at the time and place fixed for the hearing, the Tribunal may proceed in his or her absence.
