26 Tribunal may direct public inquiry
(1)
The Tribunal may direct whether or not the whole or any specified part of an inquiry will be open to the public.
(2)
The Tribunal may give directions prohibiting or restricting disclosure (by publication or otherwise) of evidence given at any part of an inquiry.
(3)
A person to whom a direction under subsection (2) relates must comply with it.
- 50 penalty units.
