34 Publication of determination
The Registrar must publish a notice of a determination of the Tribunal to cancel or suspend an architect's registration—
S. 34(1)(a) amended by No. 52/1998 s. 311(Sch. 1 item 5.1).
if the determination has been reviewed by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and upheld, as soon as practicable after the determination of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal; and
S. 34(1)(b) amended by No. 52/1998 s. 311(Sch. 1 item 5.1).
if the determination is not reviewed by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, as soon as practicable after the period specified in section 44 within which the person concerned can seek a review of a determination of the Tribunal under this Act has expired.
The notice must be published in a manner determined by the Board.
The notice must set out the following particulars—
the name of the person to whom the inquiry relates; and
the nature of the inquiry; and
the determination made by the Tribunal.
