35 Enforcement of determination
The Board must take all action necessary to give effect to a determination made on an inquiry.
Action under subsection (1) includes, but is not limited to—
the amendment of a certificate of registration; and
the recording of matters in the Register.
A determination that is made on an inquiry and that imposes a penalty or costs may be enforced as if it were an order of the Magistrates' Court made on a conviction for an offence.
Without limiting the meaning of unprofessional conduct an architect who does not comply with a determination of the Tribunal under section 32 is guilty of unprofessional conduct.
